Project: Major Site Plan, Amended Site Plan; Construction of a 50’ x 70’ garage and overnight parking of six tri-axle dump trucks.
Expected Action Item: Upon close of Public Hearing, discuss whether to have resolutions prepared for the February meeting.
Old Business
Hudson Highland Reserve, Route 9 & Horton Road, Cold Spring, NY 10516, TM# 17.-1-76, 17.-1-77.2, & 17.-1-39
Project: Major Project; “Conservation” Subdivision (see Zoning Code Sections §175-19 thru §175-21) on 210 acres; 24 residential lots, each approximately 1 acre, served by individual wells and community wastewater treatment facilities. Through the EIS process, the equestrian center formerly proposed was eliminated. Expected Action Item: Discuss letter from Badey & Watson RE: Tree removal request & progress report.
Garrison Golf Club PDD/Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival, 2015 Route 9 Garrison, NY 10524, TM#60.-1-59.2 & 59.3
Project: Major Site Plan & 3-lot Subdivision; Modifications to the GGC PDD to permit relocation of the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival to the site, new open-air theater, outdoor pavilion and housing for artist and visitors (existing banquet/restaurant facility to remain); the 225-seat indoor theater and 20-room hotel have been eliminated from the project’s scope.

Project: Major Site Plan; Applicant seeks site plan approval for the construction of a 5,000 square foot building to house an office, equipment and material for a landscaping company operation, along with an access drive, parking and outside storage. The site contains a single-family house that will remain. A new driveway entrance for the landscaping company is proposed from frontage along Route 9. The driveway for the single-family house will remain from Old West Point Rd. West. Landscaping and a fence are proposed to separate the uses on the site.
Expected Action Item: Applicant to make initial presentation to the Board; Board can classify project as “major”.
