Project: Minor Site Plan: Applicant is seeking approval for demolition of existing single family dwelling and construction of a new single family dwelling. The new home will be low energy use, all electric project with no fossil fuel burning equipment.                                 

Expected Action Item:  Expected Action Item: Upon close of Public Hearing, discuss whether to have a resolution prepared for the next meeting.

Project: Minor Site Plan and Special Use Permit: Applicant is seeking approval for the construction of a multi-level water feature designed to take advantage of the property’s natural slope. 

Expected Action Item: Applicant’s consultant to provide current status of open issues on application; Board to determine/discuss whether to have a resolution prepared for the next meeting.

Project: Minor Site Plan: Applicant is seeking approval for new construction of a single-family home to be served by a new subsurface sewage treatment (septic) system and private water supply well.

Expected Action Item: Board to discuss 1/18/26 site visit and determine whether or not a Public Hearing should be held.

Project: Minor Project: Construction of a new single-family house, driveway, septic system and well.                       Expected Action Item: Applicant to provide current status of open issues on application; Board to determine next steps in processing application.
