Project: Major Site Plan, Amended Site Plan; Construction of a 50’ x 70’ garage and overnight parking of six tri-axle dump trucks.
Expected Action Item: Review latest submission; discuss possible adoption of approval resolutions.
Garrison Golf Club PDD/Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival, 2015 Route 9 Garrison, NY 10524, TM#60.-1-59.2 & 59.3
Project: Major Site Plan & 3-lot Subdivision; Modifications to the GGC PDD to permit relocation of the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival to the site, new open-air theater, outdoor pavilion and housing for artist and visitors (existing banquet/restaurant facility to remain); the 225-seat indoor theater and 20-room hotel have been eliminated from the project’s scope.
Expected Action Item: Board to acknowledge receipt of most recent set of plans; further consideration of the Town Board's referral of the proposed zoning amendment modifying the Garrison Gold Club Planned Development District.
Garrison Golf Club PDD/HVSF Documents
Krasniqi Plaza, LLC, 3626 Rt. 9, Cold Spring, NY 10516, TM#17.-1-43, Site Visit 11/5/23
Project: Major Site Plan; Applicant has modified their application to remove the fuel oil storage component from the project. It now involves construction of a 9,500sf building in front, and a 5300sf building in the rear. The applicant proposes to use the front building for offices relating to their existing fencing and heating oil businesses. The rear building would be subdivided into 4 units for contractor storage and office space. Also proposed is an 8,800 sf of outdoor storage area, the appurtenant driveways, parking, landscaping, stormwater management practices, a septic system and a drilled well.
Expected Action Item: Applicant to present revised plans; Board to determine whether new referral letters to outside agencies are necessary, and whether a new site inspection is warranted to evaluate the latest proposal.

Project: Minor Site Plan; Construction of a detached garage with minor driveway realignment.
Expected Action Item: Applicant to make initial presentation to the Board; Town Attorney to discuss applicable Code requirements and Board’s review process and whether any other actions should initially be taken (i.e.; classification of project as “minor”, declare the matter a “Type II” SEQRA action, determine whether a Site Inspection should be scheduled); Board to refer project to the Zoning Board of Appeals for action.
