Project: Minor Project: Construction of a new single-family residence to be served by a proposed subsurface sewage treatment system and a drilled potable water well.

Expected Action Item: Upon close of Public Hearing, discuss whether to have resolutions prepared for the next meeting.

Project: Minor Project: Amended Site Plan application for a 385 square foot addition to existing café for storage. Expected Action Item: Discuss possible adoption of approval resolutions.

Kozlowski & Effle, 168 South Mountain Pass, Garrison, NY 10524, TM#90.-1-9 Project: Minor Project: Additions to a single-family dwelling (encompasses renovation and additions to a dwelling where the total cumulative footprint will be greater than 3,000 sq. ft., and where the footprint of the additions exceeds 1,000 sq. ft.). Project to be served by a replacement septic system and existing potable well.

Expected Action Item: Board to discuss revised plans.

Project: Major Project; “Conservation” Subdivision (see Zoning Code Sections §175-19 thru §175-21) on 210 acres; 24 residential lots, each approximately 1 acre, served by individual wells and community wastewater treatment facilities. Through the EIS process, the equestrian center formerly proposed was eliminated.

Expected Action Item: Discuss applicant's July 6th submission.
