Reminder: We update the Attendance Tracker during the first week of each month with the previous month's facilitated session attendance. Please do not report discrepancies for the current month or during the first week of a month. Look at the information in the title of the Attendance Tracker to see when we have updated the phase for the previous month.

If you notice a discrepancy between your records and what is recorded on the NMPED's Attendance Tracker, you can report it here: Discrepancy Reporting Form or use the button at the bottom of the page. NMPED staff check form submissions throughout the week. You will receive email confirmation once your request has been closed. Please be aware that closed does not mean successfully updated. You will need to read the email you receive to learn the outcome of your request.
Please allow up to two weeks to receive email confirmation of your closed request.
