Announcement: Make-Up Sessions

3E Participants: If you missed a session that is no longer being offered this school year, you will need to attend a make-up session next school year. We may possibly offer some make-up sessions over the summer, but as of now, none are scheduled.

AD Participants: If you have missed a session, you should have received an email from Katherine Price with information about summer make-up sessions.

For make-up sessions, LETRS 3rd Edition and LETRS for Administrators participants can attend nationally facilitated sessions with any Cohorts that have available seats in Swoogo. Participants will make up most sessions this way.

We are still offering a few locally facilitated sessions for 3E, too! Scroll down on this page to find available locally facilitated make-up sessions.

LETRS for Administrators

If you are a Phase 11 LETRS for Administrators participant who needs to make up a session for one held in SY 2025-2026, you will just select a different Admin. Cohort's session using the same Swoogo link you use to register for your assigned Cohort's sessions: Phase 11 Swoogo Facilitated Sessions

If you are a Phase 11 LETRS for Administrators participant who needs to attend a make-up session for one that was held in SY 2024-2025, you will need to attend with Phase 13. You will need to secure an open seat in one of the Phase 13 sessions in order to attend: Phase 13 Swoogo Facilitated Sessions

If you are a Phase 13 LETRS for Administrators participant who needs to attend a make-up session, you will attend with a different Admin. Cohort in your Phase: Phase 13 Swoogo Facilitated Sessions

LETRS 3rd Edition

Any 3E participant from any Phase can attend a nationally facilitated session--even if your Phase has ended or if you are assigned to a locally facilitated Cohort for your regular sessions. Follow the steps below to sign up for a session in Swoogo.
