Sanjay Pattani Collection

The Collection donated by Sanjay Pattani, great-grandson of Sir Prabhashankar Pattanii comprises photographs both in envelopes and frames, along with selected correspondence preserved by his father, Jaykant Batukrai Pattani. Over the years, the photographs were moved across various family residences and were eventually stored in a room at the Juno Bungalow in Bhavnagar. In February and July 2023, the collection was formally transferred to Pattani Archives, under the aegis of the Sir Prabhashankar Pattani Open Window Charitable Trust. It remains to be fumigated and catalogued. 

સર પ્રભાશંકર પટ્ટણીના પ્રપૌત્ર સંજય પટ્ટણી દ્વારા દાનમાં આપેલા સંગ્રહમાં પરબિડીયાઓમાં અને ફ્રેમમાં બંને પ્રકારના ફોટોગ્રાફ્સનો સમાવેશ થાય છે, સાથે તેમના પિતા જયકાંત બટુકરાય પટ્ટણી દ્વારા સાચવેલ પસંદગીના પત્રવ્યવહારનો પણ સમાવેશ થાય છે. વર્ષોથી, આ ફોટોગ્રાફ્સ પરિવારના વિવિધ રહેઠાણોમાં સાચવવામાં આવ્યા હતા અને આખરે  ભાવનગરના જુનો બંગલાના એક રૂમમાં સંગ્રહિત કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા. ફેબ્રુઆરી અને જુલાઈ 2023 માં,સંગ્રહ ઔપચારિક રીતે સર પ્રભાશંકર પટ્ટણી ઓપન વિન્ડો ચેરિટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ હેઠળ કાર્યરત પટ્ટણી આર્કાઇવ્ઝ પ્રોજેક્ટને સોંપવામાં આવ્યો હતો. આ સંગ્રહને ફ્યુમીગેશન અને સૂચિબદ્ધ કરવાનું બાકી છે.
