Virtual Networking Opportunity!
Coffee Tea, O&Me 2024-25: Becoming a Beacon is a virtual discussion series tailored specifically for Orientation & Mobility Specialists. We are thrilled to have guest speaker Bonnie Dodson-Burk present monthly on a range of topics, from navigating complex intersections and roundabouts to understanding ADA Guidelines and tactile warning surface indicators. Join us as we delve into these often overlooked subjects.
Each 90-minute session will consist of approximately 60 minutes of content, followed by 30 minutes of dynamic interactions, including interactive Q&A sessions. This is a great opportunity to engage with peers, ask questions, and acquire practical skills that can be applied in your daily practice.
Sessions will take place from 2:30 - 4:00 PM via Zoom, typically on the first Wednesday of each month.
Act 48 and ACVREP credit will be available for each session
