Campus Events- Events scheduled by the campus and open to all CTHS students.
Campus Spirit Days- These days are put on by our campus and typically last a full week. Have some fun and show some school spirit by participating. When participating in spirit days, Cosmetology students are not required to wear the Cosmo uniform in class and will not get marked off points from their daily grade. Please email photos to MoRamirez@pasadenaisd.org and we will post them!
Cosmetology Events- Events created by the Cosmetology department and open to all Cosmo students 9th -12th grade.
Classroom Socials- Events coordinated by each Cosmo grade-level Instructor. Socials are typically in the classrooms and during class time. We sometimes collaborate and offer events during 4th period or after school. These events are coordinated by the 10th-grade Cosmetology Officers.

Field Trips- Typically during the school day from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm and per grade level. Depending on the event, we may collaborate with all Cosmo grade-level students or other campus pathways. Chaperones are required in a 10:1 ratio, students to adults. Parents are always welcome on our trips and are encouraged to become involved. Scrubs or all professional black is the required dress code.

Community Service- You will want to obtain a gold cord to add to your graduation regalia. In order to qualify for the cord, you must obtain 100 hours of community service. There is a yellow form you must keep up with from the counselor's office. It must be signed at the end of the event by the person in charge. Please read the form to meet the requirements. Below are the opportunities shared with CTHS and are available to all CTHS students. Families are welcome to attend during most events. These events are NOT considered field trips, therefore students are required to have their own transportation and have a responsible adult available as Cosmetology Instructors will not always be present. Please dress appropriately with a CTHS shirt and represent the school with honor.

Pine Brook Neighborhood Events- Show up 30 minutes before the event begins, select or be assigned a station at the park and leave 30 minutes after the event is over. Set up and clean up does not take long. Family and friends are welcome to attend. 4 hours of community service is earned.
