Who Can Join?

Cub Scouts is for girls and boys in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Pack 2011 is open to anyone who would like to join us - you do NOT have to be a member of the Virginia Run HOA or a student at Virginia Run Elementary School in order to join our pack! (We do hold most of our events in or nearby the neighborhood, so you just have to be able to get yourself to our meetings!)

For children who are 5 years old but not yet in Kindergarten, we recommend you wait until your child's kindergarten year to join. This is so our kids get a chance to be in scout dens with other children in their grade. 

Have an older child who is interested in scouting? Check out BSA's Scouting, Venturing, Sea Scouts, or STEM Scouts programs for older children! You can visit https://beascout.scouting.org/ to find an available program.
