A Wonderful Visit to Ore Community Library β A Free and Fun Experience!
π Towards the end of term, a group of pupils had the exciting opportunity to visit Ore Community Library.Β They learned how the library works, explored a fantastic range of books, discovered how to order titles, and even how to become members!
Reading plays a vital role in a childβs development β it builds vocabulary, sparks imagination, improves concentration, and helps develop empathy. Just as importantly, reading offers pleasure and escapism: the chance to travel to new worlds, meet fascinating characters, and experience adventures β all from the comfort of a chair.Β
Looking for a fun and free activity with your children this summer? Ore Community Library is open to everyone β and completely free to join.
The library offers over 6,000 books for all ages β from colourful picture books to exciting junior fiction and plenty for grown-ups too. The collection is always growing, and if there was a book you or your child wanted to read, the friendly team are always happy to help.
