This is an assignment that I am really proud of and enjoyed not just because students were able to choose to write about any topic they wanted, but also because there was a lot of research and data collection that had to be done in order to prove the students point. I choose to write my topic on a global issue which is poverty in Latin America, where I had to go in deep about the causes and effects of this issue. I would say that this assignment really reflects the quality of work I turn in as a student. One of the reasons I am mainly proud of this assignment is because I put a good amount of time and attention into it. Overall, I was able to gain and additional amoutn fo understanding of the causes for poverty in Latin America. 

For this assignment students were expected to fully understand the racial school segregation in New Jersey. This is assignement that I am really proud of mainly because I was able to make points and continously support them throughout my essay. My ability to communicate and address the prompt was proof that I was able to understand the topic. The essay was was organized in a way where it was easy for the reader to understand the problem thats being addressed. Through this assisnement, I was able to learn about the segregation in districts that are withitn the state that I live in. Some of the segreagation I was really unaware of, and through this assignement I became aware that this issue and how because of the segregation, there is a difference in the kind of education each district gets considering its fundings.

This is an assigment that is really helpful when it came to organizing thoughts and preparing oneselves with possible questions that came along with our capstone presentation. Although for the most part this template was really resourceful, I feel like we as a group could have definetly made more connections to our app and how this really solves problems that many users have. In addition, most of the answers that we wrote were missing some important information. I feel liek as a group we could have gone more into detail rather than rushign through the work.
