The Personal Attack queue enforces all platform policies. It helps make Quora a civil, welcoming community.
The Personal Attack queue contains inbox threads that have been reported by users or flagged as a platform policy violation in other queues. Content flagged as platform policy violations can result in a warning, comment blocking, delete, an edit-block, or a ban.Â
Items will appear one at a time. You will see the inbox thread that was reported, as well as reasons for being reported.
Follow these steps to process the queue:
Read the content.
If the content contains a non-English language, use Google Translate to determine if the content violates any of the platform policies.
The queue will show the name of the offender. The action taken in the queue will impact the offender.
Decide whether the content violates any of the platform policies.
For example:
Label as Hate Speech if the content contains hate speech.
Label as Harmful Activities if the content contains a harmful activity.
If the item violates more than one policy, choose the highest severity violation. Labels are in order of decreasing severity (Harassment and Bullying > Self-harm (promotion)
Otherwise, label as OK if the content does not contain any of the platform policy violations.
