The Comment Policy queue ensures that comments are free of Platform policy violations.
Items in this queue have been identified as having issues through automation and through users who have reported them. If a reviewer in the queue labels a comment as a policy violation, it is immediately collapsed or deleted.
Comments will appear in the queue one at a time. You will see the question the comment was associated with, as well as the reason it was reported.
Follow these steps to process the queue:
Consider only the comment itself for policy violations. The question/answer is provided only for context.
Decide whether the comment violates a policy.
Label as spam if the comment violates the spam guidelines.
Select the specific platform policy violation if the comment violates the guidelines.
If the item violates more than one policy, choose the highest severity violation. Labels are in order of decreasing severity (Harassment and Bullying > Spam)
Otherwise, label as OK if the comment does not contain any platform policy violations.
Low quality comments and comments that violate other policies should be labeled as OK.
Comments that show up as deleted in the queue should be labeled as OK.
If the comment contains a non-English language, use Google Translate to determine if the content violates any of the platform policy violations
