Hello Itty Bitty Bulldogs!! My name is Mrs. Hays and I am the School Counselor for the ECC. This is my fifth year in the district and I absolutely love my job and the Olmsted Falls community. From doing monthly guidance lessons in the classrooms to individual/small group counseling activites, I am invested in teaching young children how to cope with stress, anxiety, conflicts, and self regulation techniques. I especially love this age group because they are so enthusiastic to learn. On a personal note, my husband and I enjoy spending time with our two children. We love the great outdoors and especially spending time on the lake! I am a certified yoga instructor and also enjoy walking my two dogs daily!
