We had a BLAST at our Halloween Storybook Parade. We also had so much fun playing Halloween games and making crafts this week. Oh what fun! Happy Trick-or-Treating! 🎃

We love to wake up "Mama Echo" and "Baby Echo" each day. They help us learn our letters and sounds! In the first unit, we will learn how to identify lowercase letters and sounds.

In Kindergarten, we will learn to identify and write high frequency words (sight words). We will also practicing using high frequency words in full sentences. For example, "I am ____ years old."

In math, we learned how to compare numbers 6-10. We can use our match maker song to help us compare groups of objects. Great work, Little Mathematicians!

There is NO SCHOOL on Tuesday, November 4th and Tuesday, November 11th.
Parent Teacher Conferences are on Thursday, December 4th.
Every FRIDAY is Sailor Spirit Day! Feel free to dress your child in School #6/Oceanside gear, anchors, or anything blue!
Please empty your child's folder each day after school!
We are a NUT free school. Please send the label of ingredients for foods that are not in packaging.
Please remember that the children must wear closed-toe shoes to participate in recess and gym on Day 3.
Please don't forget to send library books back in on Day 6. Check out the district calendar on the district website to follow our six day cycle!
Please continue to bring your ID with you at dismissal. It is a School #6 policy to always have your ID with you at dismissal. In the event that there is a substitute teacher, you will be required to show identification.
