Post to your blog all the different inflatables you created.
Continue working on the mechanisms you will use for your final project. Decide which one you will continue using and make two iterations to improve the movement and efficiency of the movement. Finally,
Document the final mechanism and its iterations. Explain what parts would be moving in your project and how you will use the mechanim in your project. Draw sketches to support your explanation.

Mechanism
My final project concept is breaking out of the cocoon and becoming a butterfly (破茧成蝶 in Chinese). I plan to create a cape-style wearable constructed with fishbone supports to form its shape, with long, floor-length chiffon hanging from it to create a beautiful flowing effect as the wearer moves. The edges of the chiffon will be attached with several long tendrils, resembling silk threads from a cocoon. This mechanism will involve two movements. When the servo motor rotates, a piece of fabric will follow its motion and change shape. With this movement, I aim to explore the dynamic beauty of fabric twisting and rotating. In the video, the fabric was too stiff so the motion less visible. For the final project, I will choose lighter fabric to enhance the effect. The second movement involves the tendrils. I will connect the first tendril directly to the servo, and then use fishing line to link the rest of the tendrils together. This way, when the first tendril moves under servo control, the others will be pulled along, creating a chain reaction of motion.
