Registration Forms: 

Spring 2026 registration will begin the week of November 17th. Remember to look up your Enrollment Day/Time in ALBERT and put it in your calendar. Check out the ALBERT Guide for help with many questions you may have about registration/using ALBERT. 

Before you meet with your advisor to be cleared for a semester's registration, we ask that you fill out the registration form emailed to you before your scheduled registration appointment. You can also find links to the forms below:
