Refund Appeal Process

NYU Steinhardt adheres to New York University’s policy on refunding as stated in the NYU Steinhardt Bulletin and the NYU Bursar’s website. Please visit the Bursar’s website for the refund schedule.

However, you may submit an appeal of your tuition charges to be reviewed by Steinhardt's Committee on Refunds by submitting the Refund Appeal Form. The Committee on Refunds will only review refund appeals for courses from which you have already withdrawn and tuition (note that registration and services fees are non-refundable). Please note that your appeal should include the reasons you are requesting an exception to University policy.
