Brief recruiting team accordingly
Inform HR about the request & search
HR submits Groupe Approval Request
Prepare TBH Form once the right candidate is found
It must be filled by hiring manager not recruiting team
Only complete files will be considered
TBH Form needs to be signed by:
Business Lead(responsible for the P&L,Team and/or client responsibility)
Finance Lead(Martin Fregeau or Carolin Reinisch)
Executive Management(Brett McIntosh or Alister Adams)
Provide HR and Finance the fully filled TBH Form
HR provides TBH Form to recruiting team
Recruiting team prepares the contract and provides it to the candidate
Employee signs and HR Manager assures data entry in Career Settings
