New Client Set Up

What You Need

• Completed new client set up form

• Legal name and address

• Tax information:

  1. Canada: HST number.  (The company name registered for the HST should be the same as the legal name.)

  2. USA: Tax number – W9 form.

• Signed Estimate, signed Statement of Work (SOW), or PO from client

Once you have what you need:

1. Share setup form, tax documents, MSA, Statement of work, and PO with the finance team. 

2. Call attention to any specific billing schedule

3. Request from finance a job status sheet to track projects and open job codes
