Billing cannot be initiated until Finance has received client approval, either in the form of a signed estimate or signed SOW. Urgent requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your Finance Coordinator for more details.

Some clients require a PO for billing. Note that it is the responsibility of client services to follow up with their clients and send Finance a PO.
Client is billed based on a percentage of the total estimate or a fixed amount
Client is billed based on actual costs or fees incurred
Consists of actualizing all costs on the job. Client is provided with a final invoice or credit
Note: jobs must be reconciled within 60 days of project completion
Billing terms vary per client. It's important to communicate any changes in billing terms to your Finance Coordinator so they can ensure clients are billed on time.
