If you are having trouble with Canvas, we’re here to make certain you have the support you need. From technical support, to assistance planning your course structure or activities, to online documentation, we have a variety of support options to fit your needs and timeline.
24/7 INSTRUCTURE LIVE SUPPORT & ONLINE DOCUMENTATION
For questions about using Canvas or to report any issues, you can visit the Canvas Help menu, which generates a list of resources (e.g., 24/7 chat with a live representative, report problems, training services portal) to help you with Canvas.
