The end of an academic year brings a range of emotions. It is a time of celebration and reflection, as well as excitement with the summer holidays on the horizon. However, it is also a time of change which can feel difficult and cause anxious feelings.
We recognise that some young people may find themselves struggling without the structure and support network of school. So this year we are encouraging all students to participate in ‘Self-Care Summer’, a programme that is focused on promoting and sharing a range of creative activities based on self-care strategies that can help support wellbeing.
