‘Drop in’ for mental health and wellbeing support for young people aged 8-25 years (8-18 only in some locations) and their
parents and carers, at the following times/ locations
The Lowdown (Northampton – Kingswell Street (off gold street)): Every day,
Monday-Friday 1-6pm.
These sessions are available for immediate support without the need for a pre- scheduled appointment. You can simply 'drop in' through the door. Book a one-on- one session with a support worker or chat with our team in an inclusive, safe, and confidential space.
The Lowdown also provide sexual health Drop-ins for young people aged 14-25. If you need condoms, pregnancy, or STI testing, pop in via the red door and speak to a staff member for next steps and support.

We All Have Mental Health is an animation designed to give young people aged 11-14 a common language and understanding of what we mean by mental health and how we can look after it.
