To start your onboarding process, you'll need to submit your DBS check application and give us two employment references.
The DBS check is a criminal record check which also lets us know whether you've been banned from working with vulnerable adults - this is required by law for our industry to keep the people we care for safe from harm or abuse.
Your employment references should be your most recent employers where possible, and where you have worked at another care establishment we will need a reference from that employer specifically.
If you cannot provide two employment references someone like a college tutor or teacher is acceptable, or someone else in a similar position of responsibility who can vouch for your engagement in an organised activity.
You should avoid using family members or friends as references and also avoid submitting personal email addresses please.

In addition to your DBS check application, we also need you to make a medical declaration and complete a short employment history as part of our industry compliance and background checks.
