Our Home Care Assistants provide care services to people in their own homes as part of a CQC regulated service providing adult social care services to local authorities and the NHS. 

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

• Personal Care support

• Medication support

• Moving and assisting

• Hydration & nutrition support

• Support with household tasks such as laundry and cleaning

• Support with shopping and managing finances

• Support to access the community and engage in activities where appropriate

You are responsible as part of your role for reporting any concerns with regard to personal safety or safeguarding, and to ensure that any health concerns with our service users are reported.
