Photo Spot Check

This is a simple form which can be used by supervisors and carers alike to record a snapshot of our standard of care.

As a carer you might use this if you feel a colleague has left a property in a poor state and put an unacceptable extra workload onto you. Similarly though, you might feel their work is so good you need to recognise them!

This is all part of continually monitoring our service and improving it.

You will be submitting photos on this form, but be mindful not to photograph any service users or their sensitive personal items.

Remember, if you leave someone eating the next carer can expect some washing up, but you should not be finding overflowing bins or unclean kitchens where it has not been caused by the service user themselves. We would like to be delivering a high standard of care at all times, and these things should only be acceptable at times of exceptional pressure on the service.
