We're proud to say that to date not one member of staff has contracted Covid-19 while at work!

We think this speaks volumes about our efforts as a team and the efforts of our service users and family members in controlling the virus.

Coronavirus Testing

We feel that speaking to all of you face to face adds value to quality of care we deliver to our service users, but we are also responsible for reducing the spread of the virus as far as possible.

For this reason, our policy is now to have you visit the office monthly for PPE and to collect tests to take home.

This way we can still have those valuable face to face talks, but we are also eliminating some unnecessary contact.

We are therefore now asking you to visit once per month and collect 4 weeks of PPE and 4 tests to test weekly.

We are open to people also testing more frequently where they feel they would like to for whatever reason - please ask for more tests if this is the case.

You will need to submit your results each week using the form below.

Our Unique Organisation number (UON) is 41802257.

It's quick and easy - you just input your name and the relevant dates and attach a screenshot or similar of your test result.

Coronavirus Vaccines

We were offered our vaccines by Norfolk County Council on the 29th of January which was later than many care homes and similar organisations, but we responded quickly having already sought your individual permissions to pass on your details for vaccinations to be arranged.

By now most of you from that original list will have been contacted and vaccinated.

As we take on new staff we will be repeating this process.

If you have not yet been asked, feel free to approach the office about your vaccination.

Below is a letter from Norfolk County Council which contains advice on how the vaccination programme will continue.

The situation is constantly changing, and presumably as the vaccinations become more widespread you will be able to arrange one without our input - if this is the case, you will still need to inform us of your vaccination please.
