Please take out your flashcards with your target sounds on them that we made earlier on during the school closure OR click on the following website to bring up a list of words for each target sound.

Then, put a bunch of plastic coins in a bag but color one or two of them red. After practicing each flashcard or word from word list 5x, you and your child will both pull out one coin.
If anyone pulls out the red coin, they have to put all of their coins back (bankrupt!).
Whoever has the most coins after 5 minutes wins.
**If you do not have plastic coins, you can cut strips of paper and place in a cup. Put a black dot on ONE of the strips. If the strip of paper is drawn with the black dot, you place all of the strips of paper back into the cup. Whoever has the most strips of paper after 5 minutes wins.

*Allow your child to "set up camp." As your child moves the objects, have them label each item and to expand, ask them WH questions about the items (Where do we sleep when we camp? --tent, what will we use to see when it is dark?--flashlight)

Please check your email and have your child re-read pages 9-11 in the packet again and then (if able) continute to practice with your child "relaxing the stutter."
Then choose a game to play with your child and have them click on the link below to differentiate between "smooth and bumpy speech."

Please click on the following link and listen to the read aloud for the book "Pete the Cat Goes Camping". Either during or after reading the story, have your child answer the following questions:

What is the setting of the story?
What does Pete's mom and dad tell him to not forget?
What are the 6 events that Pete does throughout the story while camping?
What does Pete do before he toasts marshmellows?
What happens after Pete's dad tells him and Bob to go to bed?
What did Pete leave sitting out on the table before he went to bed? Why?
What happened to the s'more that Pete left sitting out on the table?
Antonyms (Express the opposite of each given word from the story)

Vocabulary-Define the given words from the story. Then use each word in a complete sentence with accurate grammar.
