Health and Care Research Explained: A Training Environment (CREATE)
This online and live interactive learning package is primarily for those who have worked in research delivery for less than 12 months. However, it could also be beneficial for those with more experience as a refresher.
Course aims:
Module 1 will provide you with the background necessary to understand how research is delivered safely and equitably in health and social care and why it is so important.
Module 2 will provide knowledge to support you to develop skills in study delivery, from understanding research language to study design to handling study documentation and the ways studies are managed.
Module 3 will provide a general overview of how studies are set-up from what support is available, to what processes are followed and you will have the opportunity to develop skills and connections for study set up.
You must have completed Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training before starting this course. You must have the support of a local mentor confirmed.
