We provide guidance for issues with your NIHR account - any local issues such as a problem with your device, please refer to your local IT team.

Contact our Service Desk if you have an IT issue that needs fixing or if you need some expert support. 

Google Champions

Google Champions are colleagues who can provide support to help you make the most of  the NIHR Hub and Google Workspace.

We have a selection of user guides to help you make the most of Google Workspace and our other third party applications.

Requesting support

You can request support from our IT support team through our support portal (https://support.nihr.ac.uk) or by emailing us  (support@nihr.ac.uk), or by giving us a call on 02073 335 060 8am - 6pm Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays).  The support team are able to help with any issues regarding your @nihr account. Common support requests include account request, password resets, name change, leavers, etc.
