You can email the service desk on support@nihr.ac.uk or call them on 02073 335 060. The service desk is open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
The support team are able to help with any issues regarding your NIHR Google account. Common support requests include account request, password resets, name change, leavers, etc. Please speak to your coordinating centre or host organisation's IT team if you are having a local issue - for example, a problem with your laptop or mobile phone.
