The library houses NIHR’s policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), associated documents, and system templates. This is a temporary site which will be in place until the new Document Management System is implemented.
Documents are organised by category and topic. Most documents are view only. Some templates and letters can be downloaded.
Please note that some documents are in draft form as they have not yet been through the quality assurance process. These documents have a 'draft' watermark on them to identify them.
We encourage everyone to work with the system functionality and processes available. Improvements are being planned and will be implemented over time.
Should there be any immediate, insurmountable issues, there is a Change Form available to request amendments. Please discuss any issues with your local implementation lead (Liz Tremain, Kathryn Rumney or Beth Harris) or implementation coordinator (Louise Maclachlan, Jojo Leppink or James Hayes) before submitting the form.
