We encourage everyone to work with the system functionality and processes available. Improvements are being planned and will be implemented over time.
Should there be any immediate, insurmountable issues, there is a Change Form available to request amendments. Please discuss any issues with your local implementation lead (Liz Tremain, Kathryn Rumney or Beth Harris) or implementation coordinator (Louise Maclachlan, Jojo Leppink or James Hayes) before submitting the form.

External Peer Review forms
These documents show the format and order of the External Peer Review forms in the system.
External Peer Review email templates
External peer review requires that emails are sent between NIHRCC and individuals external to NIHRCC to manage review of research specifications, applications, live projects and output documentation from projects, for example final reports. The email templates are to be used specifically for reviewing applications.
The invitation stage is a two-step process. The first step provides only the lead applicant name/s, organisation and title of the application. The second step, should the reviewer accept the invitation and not be conflicted, allows sharing the co-applicant details and for Academy applications only, the scientific abstract.
Text in blue highlight indicates text that needs to be editable by staff after the NIHR award management system generates the letter.
