Our Direct Delivery Team (DDT), is a group of dedicated staff based in our Regional Research Delivery Networks (RRDNs) across England. They are skilled, multi-disciplinary staff who can work flexibly across a variety of different locations to support research delivery in health and social care.
The National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) East Midlands Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN) Direct Delivery Team (DDT) consists of 5 Hubs that cover the geographical footprint of the East Midlands RRDN.
We provide research support to partner organisations and many other stakeholders, conducting NIHR research activities across the NHS, public health and social care, and Independent Health Sector Providers (IHSPs).
We work accross a number of different settings including: pharmacies, community centres, charities, dentists, prisons, hospitals, universities, hospices, care homes, opticians and more.
