The Digital & Information Service supports the East Midlands RRDN core team by providing a comprehensive service, adopting continuous improvement principles and using the latest tools and technology to support the delivery of our research portfolio. We also support our Partner Organisations in a number of ways, see below for more detail.

What we offer

Need access to your Study data?

We can set you up with an NIHR account so that you can access your study data in ODP and CPMS. We'll also point you to the right learning materials so that you can find your way around. There are a number of different apps in Qlik View and Qlik Sense, let us help guide you to the app that is best for your needs.

LPMS Support

We provide system support for TLAs with their Local Portfolio Management System (LPMS). Whether it be EDGE or Documas, we work closely with system providers to make sure that you get the best out of your LPMS. We also provide help with recruitment upload queries as well as tips and tools such as the Confirmation report to help you keep track of your Confirmed / Unconfirmed / Queried recruitment data.

National Dashboards need Local Intelligence

We live and breathe data! So it's no surprise that we support some of the NIHRs national projects. From PRES to Year of Birth, we collaborate with national project teams to collect data and create reports and dashboards so that we can better understand the research landscape.
