Q: CAN I USE EMAZE FROM MY PHONE OR TABLET?
A: You can watch emaze presentations on tablets. We are currently optimizing emaze for editing capabilities on these devices. Stay tuned!
Q: CAN SOMEONE EDIT MY PRESENTATION WITHOUT MY PERMISSION?
A: At emaze, we strike the right balance between maintaining privacy and sharing your presentation. We offer permission settings on your public presentations where you can decide if you'd like others to have the right to Download, Print or Duplicate your presentation. Leaving these options unchecked means that only viewing privileges remain.
Q: I HAVE A FREE ACCOUNT, CAN ANYONE SEE MY PRESENTATION? WILL IT BE SHOWN IN THE EXPLORE VIEW?
A: The default at emaze is that presentations are public. These public presentations are open for our staff to choose for the Explore page. If your presentation is chosen to be on the Explore page, you will receive a notification email from us and you can decide whether you want to keep it on the Explore page or have it removed.
Q: I AM INTERESTED IN UPGRADING. ARE PAYMENTS MADE MONTHLY OR YEARLY?
A: emaze charges a one time annual fee when you upgrade from your free user account. This upgrade enables you to have access to all of our premium features for an entire year and will automatically renew each new year.
Q: CAN I SHOW OR SEND MY PRESENTATION TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS NOT SIGNED UP WITH EMAZE?
A: Yes! We at emaze would love for you to be able to share your presentation with as many people as you'd like.
Q:CAN I SAVE MY PRESENTATION AS A PDF FILE?
A: Absolutely! Saving a presentation as a PDF document is a great way to get an overview of your slides.
Q: CAN I EMBED MY PRESENTATION TO A WEBSITE, OR SHARE IT VIA FACEBOOK AND TWITTER?
A: Yes! Go to your My tab, hover your cursor over a presentation thumbnail, and click on the Share icon. From here, you have many options by which you can share your presentation.
Q: IS MY PRESENTATION SAVED AUTOMATICALLY?
A: Yes, presentations are autosaved every four minutes. If your browser window closes for any reason in between these four minutes, you will lose the changes made to your presentation. We recommend that you get into the habit of manually saving your presentation changes by clicking on the save icon at the top right hand corner.
