Google Cardboard is an easy to use, reasonably priced virtual reality headset created by Google in order to give many people the opportunity of viewing virtual reality.
Google Cardboard is pretty easy to use. Once you've constructed your headset, open the Google Cardboard App and follow the directions given by the app which will look like the icon that looks similar to the actual headset.
Scan the QR code on the viewer with you phone on the app.
Once you've scanned the QR code on the viewer, remove the viewer from the sleeve and open the top flap. After, take out the side flaps. Pull the flaps up and press against the fasteners on the sides of the viewer. Finally, put your phone inside the Cardboard viewer and look through the viewfinder to continue the set up.

-Google Cardboard is a free app on the Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS.
-If you have issues finding the QR code, look up your viewer model on the manufacturer's website and scan the code for that model from your screen (look up the QR code on a device separate from the device used to scan the code).
-If you cannot view a screen when you open the app / my screen has gone black, first close the Google Cardboard app. Next, reopen the app. Continue this process until it works.
-If need be, delete the app and then reinstall it. Repeat the setup instructions as well and hopefully this will fix your problem.
-Either use both hands to hold the phone more firmly to the viewer or if the phone had a case, remove it.
