Make 10

A great way to build fact fluency is practicing your combinations that make 10! 1st Graders played Make 10 with a partner. Players take turns finding a pair of cards that combine to make 10. They use addition notation to record their combinations on a Make 10 recording sheet. The game is over when there are no more cards or there are no more cards that make 10. Some partners even played by finding more than 2 cards that make 10!
