Jump Rope Challenge

1st Graders have been learning how habits of character help them do work. We have been exploring these three habits of character: initiative, collaboration, and perseverance, through literature and experience. 

Our second team challenge was to make shapes with our classmates using a jump rope. The challenging part was that each person MUST be holding the rope at all times with at least ONE hand!

After the challenge, we did a Think-Pair-Share and explained how we were able to complete the challenge!
