I love that I get the opportunity to witness and partake in the spiritual and academic growth of our students in leading them closer to Christ. Catholic education prepares our children to aspire to know Christ and to make Him known.

Being a LEAD Fellow will provide opportunity for me to grow in my profession as a catholic school administrator. Networking with other LEAD Fellow will teach me to be humble, inspire passion, and motivate others to meet the goal for the task at hand. It is necessary for me to obtain these skills to serve others to my full potential.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is the saint who inspires me daily. Her humbleness and need to service others regardless of what she encounter or her past experiences brings me hope to aspire to be her equivalent or exceed her accomplishments. I want to be present for our students, families, and other who I encountered. I want to lead with passion and devotion.
