Teaching in a Catholic school is a unique mission, we are shaping little minds, helping them grow not just academically but spiritually.
Students in a Catholic school are exposed to Religion classes, some of them for the first time and given this opportunity of looking at small things they will look at this world with different eyes, and if we teach them that the people around them are a creation of God might change their lives.
Having this opportunity of being with other teachers, sharing experiences and learning together is exciting.
I think talking to people that are on the same path as educators will help you to understand other communities, to learn other ways to teach or manage different populations.
Will help you to create new friends as well.
