Employees who attend courses or seminars directly related to their work and development within Glin National College are paid for by Glin National College and are typically initiated by the Manager or staff member.

The Academic Standards Quality Officer and The Training and Business Development Manager are responsible for all aspects of training and related activities.
The Academic Standards Quality Officer, in conjunction with management team members, will conduct an annual training assessment for all employees. Based on an individual's objectives and targets, a training plan is prepared based on this assessment.
