3.13 Employee Involvement Policy

Glin National College operates in an ever-changing environment where its ability to succeed is influenced significantly by the contribution of all those employed in the company.

Employees are offered an opportunity to participate with management in an environment of trust and cooperation, with the overall goal of improving the company's performance while enhancing the job satisfaction and the quality of working life of employees. This is achieved by seeking employees' views on their training, providing information on customer visits, operating an 'open-door' policy and ensuring a safe place of work for all. Employees are encouraged to contribute ideas to improve all aspects of the business.

Through this policy, Glin National College will endeavour to improve the company's performance through cooperation, consultation, and exchange of information for the mutual benefit of the company, its customers, clients, employees and partners.
