The Dress Code at Glin National College is designed to create a professional work environment for employees and clients.
The Dress Code in the organisation is smart casual. Smart casual means no tracksuits, revealing clothing, shorts, cropped tops, disco gear, string vests, football jerseys, torn jeans, etc. Employees may be required to wear business attire where they are involved in presentations, board meetings and other meetings as instructed by their Manager. As clients visit our sites regularly, we must ensure these guidelines are followed and respected.
The policy covers all permanent, temporary and contract staff.
