Thank you for your interest in this event and our subcommittee. Our purpose is to construct a team of volunteer Nar-Anon members and group leaders who will serve in the various and important roles for the successful production and execution of Narathon 2020

CHAIR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees the Narathon committee decision on a topic & theme for the event

• Prepares the agenda

• Once venue is secured, proposes September event date to regional assembly for vote

• Creates Narathon event agenda & rollout with committee members

• Oversees all groups leaders

• Sets up one-on-one meetings with group leaders to confirm progress

• Ultimately responsible for the successful execution of the event

• Reports to the Southern California Region of Nar-Anon Family Groups
