The Finance Subcommittee Conference Call is open to all Nar-Anon members

Status:

• The committee meets by phone on the first Saturday of January, April, July, and October at 9:00 a.m.
• The 2020 budget was approved by the Regional Assembly
• 2020 Income and expenses are in line with the approved budget

Duties:

• Create an annual budget
• Work with the Treasurer to create a quarterly and annual recap of budget versus actual
• Perform a quarterly verification of the bank statement with a review of income versus expenses as well as budget versus actual
• Review expense categories for clarity of purpose
