The Wolf LAB Capstone Course is designed as a culminating experience for students to explore their interests, apply their learning, and demonstrate mastery in a chosen topic or field. Throughout the course, students will collaborate with administration and Wolf LAB teachers to identify a real-world issue, personal passion, or relevant topic to investigate in-depth. Under the guidance of an instructor and mentors, students will engage in research, creative problem-solving, and project development.
The course encourages self-directed learning, critical thinking, and collaboration. Students will create a final product, which could include a research paper, presentation, community project, or other creative work. The Capstone culminates in a presentation to peers, teachers, and potentially community members, allowing students to showcase their findings and skills.
This course aims to prepare students for post-secondary education or future careers by building independence, effective communication, and the ability to connect classroom knowledge with real-world challenges
