The quality of living is ensured by maintaining a clear room height of 2.50 m. Our architects have carefully designed the building structure to limit door opening heights to approximately 1.85m, thanks to the special skeleton construction. The ground floor will be dedicated to retail space, while the standard floors will offer versatility in their usage. Furthermore, the roof landscape will be utilized for rainwater retention. The primary purpose of the new building is to serve as a multitenant house.

The building's external facade features a glass curtain wall design, incorporating triple glazed aluminum windows to maximize natural light while minimizing heat transfer. Additionally, the well-insulated RCC roof structure allows for the possibility of adding more stories in the future. The angular section of the building has been designed to accommodate cladding.

Careful thought was put into the surrounding environment during the cladding design phase. The choice to incorporate a glass facade was intentional, with the goal of creating a reflective surface that would enhance the play of light at night when curtains are opened.
